I am from the Philippines, and I have been teaching Tagalog since 2021. Actually... I wish I had done it sooner. I never knew what it was that I loved to do or was passionate about until I started teaching Tagalog.
I didn't know there were this many people who were interested in learning my native language. I have met students of different levels from different countries. I have made friends and heard different stories about why each of them learns Tagalog. Whatever the reason, they inspired me to continue pursuing this path of helping people connect to Filipino culture by speaking Tagalog.
How fulfilling it is to help people achieve their Tagalog learning goals. And I hope you'll be one of them too!
